Lead Time and Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Lead Time & Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Standard Turnaround Time

At Printin Budget, every order is custom-printed and produced with care.
  • Standard Turnaround Time: 8–12 business days from the approval of final artwork until delivery to the customer’s doorstep. This timeframe includes both production and shipping. Shipping is free of cost across the U.S.
  • Turnaround time begins only after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Delays in providing artwork approval will extend delivery timelines.

Expedited Turnaround Time

For customers requiring faster delivery, Printin Budget offers an expedited option:
  • Expedited Turnaround Time: Up to 7 business days from the approval of final artwork until delivery to the customer’s doorstep.
  • Expedited orders are subject to additional charges, calculated based on order size, product type, and destination.
  • Availability of expedited service may vary depending on product type and order volume. Clients will be informed at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping Coverage & Methods

  • Printin Budget offers free shipping on all orders across the United States, delivered directly to the customer’s doorstep.
  • No additional shipping fees apply for standard orders within the U.S.
  • Carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

Order Tracking

  • Customers receive an email with tracking details once the order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delays & Liability

All turnaround and delivery dates provided by Printin Budget are good-faith estimates based on standard production and shipping schedules. These dates are not guaranteed. Printin Budget shall not be held liable for any consequential damages, lost profits, missed business opportunities, or other indirect losses that may result from shipping delays, carrier errors, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or other force majeure events beyond our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, the carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery.

Damaged, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages

Damaged orders must be reported within 5 Calendar days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and product.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, Printin Budget will work directly with the carrier to file and resolve a claim. Replacement or reprinting of the order will only be initiated after the carrier has officially confirmed the loss and/or compensation has been approved. Customers should be aware that the claim resolution process is controlled by the carrier and may take additional time. Printin Budget will make every reasonable effort to assist, but cannot guarantee specific timelines for claim outcomes.

Undeliverable Packages

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order. Printin Budget is not responsible for delays, losses, additional shipping costs, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to Printin Budget due to an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees will apply. Customers will be contacted to confirm corrected shipping details before reshipment occurs. Orders will not be reshipped until all applicable reshipping fees are paid in full.
If a customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment, Printin Budget reserves the right to deduct shipping, printing, and handling costs before issuing any partial refund, where applicable.
