Design and File Preparation

What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept JPEG/JPG, PNG, PSD, EPS, PDF, AI, CDR, DOCX, and TIFF files. For the best results, ensure your files are at least 300 DPI and preferably in PDF format.
What color mode should my files be in?
All files should be submitted in CMYK color mode to ensure accurate print colors. Files in RGB may appear different when printed.
Can you help me fix my design if I’m not sure it’s print-ready?
Yes. We offer FREE design support—our team can review your file and make minor adjustments such as resizing, bleed correction, or alignment to ensure it’s print-ready. For major edits or custom design work, additional design services are available upon request.
Do you check my files before printing?
Yes. Every file is reviewed by our pre-press team for basic issues such as resolution, bleed, and alignment. If we find concerns, we’ll contact you before moving to production.
Do I need to outline or embed fonts in my design?
Yes. To avoid font changes or missing text, please outline or embed all fonts before submitting your file. This ensures your design prints exactly as intended.
Do you print using Pantone colors?
We primarily print in CMYK process colors, which provide a wide range of vibrant, full-color printing. While we can match Pantone® (PMS) colors as closely as possible, exact matches are not always guaranteed in CMYK printing. If precise Pantone matching is critical for your project, please contact us in advance to discuss options and availability.
